“I will pour out my Spirit on your children, my blessing upon your descendants” (Isaiah 44:3 TPT). Scott and Phyllis have two married childen and four wonderful grandchildren. Having recently celebrated 48 years of marriage, they put great emphasis and value on time spent with family. Scott and Phyllis desire to see families strengthened, and are so blessed to have their family serving alongside them. Whether they are out in the field ministering in other places or in their own home church in Chelsea, Alabama, they continue to work with God’s plan to build a strong local church where the Spirit moves and the Word is taught. Hagin ministered in Birmingham, Scott asked, “Dad, I hear a lot of people prophesying about what God is going to do in the last days, but what do you see for these last days?” Brother Hagin kindly replied, “What God wants to do in these last days is build strong local churches that will preach the Word and move with the Spirit.” After attending Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1982. They held meetings for weeks at a time with several Word of Faith notables. Throughout these many years, they have experienced God moving mightily in the lives of their congregants.
